HK100 Acknowledgement and Waiver
I wish to enter and participate in Hong Kong 100, The Half, The Third and / or Grand Sam trail races (each an “Event” and together the “Events”). I accept the rules, conditions, and regulations of the Events and will comply with them. I acknowledge that I am responsible for myself and members of my support crew. I am aware that the Events are difficult and hazardous for even well conditioned athletes under the most favourable of conditions. I understand and accept the risks including that I may become injured or incapacitated in a location where it is difficult or impossible for required medical aid to reach me in time to avoid additional physical injury or death. Knowing these facts, nevertheless, in consideration of Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited's accepting this entry, I hereby for myself, my heirs, my executors and my administrators, waive, release and discharge to the maximum extent permissible by law Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited, its directors, officers and employees, all sponsoring company(ies) and agency(ies), contractors and individuals and volunteers involved in the Events from responsibility and liability for any injuries or damages I may suffer as a result of my participation in any of the Events. I hereby consent to receive medical treatment which may be deemed advisable during any of the Events and understand that I am solely responsible for all costs relating to medical transportation and/or evacuation. I will additionally permit the use of my name and pictures in social media, broadcasts, telecasts, newspapers, brochures and the like by Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited and any partners, sponsors or supporting organizations of the Events. As a participating athlete, I certify that I am in good health, am able to participate in the Event and that all information provided on this form is true and complete. I agree that my personal data may be used by Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited and/or shared with any partners, sponsors or supporting organizations of the Events for the purposes of direct marketing; and used or disclosed by the International Trail Running Association for its scoring, ranking, research, promotional and/or marketing purposes.

本人擬報名及參加香港100 全程103公里、The Half 56公里、The Third 33公里和 / 或大滿貫 192公里(合稱為”比賽”,每一項分別稱為”比賽”) 。本人接納並將遵守本項比賽的規則、條件和規定。本人確認對本人自己及本人的支援隊伍成員承擔責任。本人理解，即使對於身處最理想環境並且狀態良好的運動員而言，本項比賽仍屬困難和高風險的比賽。本人理解並接納有關風險，包括本人可能會在比賽中受傷或喪失活動能力，以及在一些醫療援助難以或無法及時抵達的地方更可能無法避免受傷程度增加或者死亡。儘管本人知悉上述事實，但作為Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited接納本人報名的條件，本人謹代表本人自己、以及本人的繼承人、遺囑執行人及遺管理人，就本人因參加香港100及相關活動而可能遭受的任何傷患或損傷，在法律許可的最大範圍內豁免、免除及解除Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited 及其董事、幹事和員工、以及涉及賽事的所有贊助商、代理機構、承辦商、個人及義工的責任和法律責任。本人謹此同意在賽事期間接受恰當的醫療治理，並理解本人須自行承擔醫療運輸及/或護送的一切費用。此外，本人允許 Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited和賽事的任何合作夥伴、贊助商或支持機構在社交媒體、廣播、電視轉播、報紙、宣傳冊等媒體上使用本人的姓名和照片。本人謹此證明，作為參賽運動員，本人的健康良好，有能力參加本項比賽，並且本表格所載一切資料均屬真確完整。本人同意Hong Kong Trail Racing Limited和賽事的任何合作夥伴、贊助商或支持機構使用本人的個人資料作直銷之用途，以及同意 International Trail Running Association 利用或披露本人的資料作計分、排名、研究、宣傳和/或營銷用途。
報名參加比賽即表示你同意以上所有條款。
