Trail Running Camp Waiver and Release of Liability

Acknowledgement of Risks and Responsibilities

By registering for this event, I hereby acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the trail running camp organized by the Sports Association Sky2Run and Skyrunner World Series, scheduled to take place from 20th July to 26th July 2024. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this camp, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risks: I am aware that trail running involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, the risks associated with running on uneven terrain, exposure to the elements, encounters with wildlife, and the potential for injury. I understand that these risks cannot be eliminated, and I voluntarily choose to participate in the trail running camp with full knowledge of these risks.

2. Physical Fitness: I certify that I am physically fit and able to participate in the trail running camp. I understand the physical demands of trail running and affirm that I am sufficiently trained and prepared for this activity.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Sports Association Sky2Run and Skyrunner World Series, its organizers, instructors, guides, and any affiliated entities from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of my participation in the trail running camp.

4. Medical Authorization: In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize Sports Association Sky2Run and Skyrunner World Series and its representatives to seek and obtain medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be responsible for all medical and related expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

5. Photography and Likeness: I grant Sports Association Sky2Run and Skyrunner World Series the right to use photographs, video recordings, or other media of me taken during the trail running camp for promotional and marketing purposes.

I have read and understood this Waiver and Release of Liability, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
