Participation Declaration of
2024 Nanjing Laoshan Mountain Trail Running
Please read the “Participation Declaration of 2024 Nanjing Laoshan Mountain Trail Running” carefully before registering. By submitting your registration information, we will assume that you have read and agreed to the above documents.
As a participant, I, my guardian, manager, legal representative, and any person who may file a compensation claim or lawsuit on my behalf, make the following statements:
1. I voluntarily register to participate in the “2024 Nanjing Laoshan Mountain Trail Running” and all related activities. I will provide accurate and valid registration information and take full responsibility for the authenticity of the provided information.
2. I fully understand and agree to comply with the regulations, rules, requirements, and measures formulated by the organizing committee of the “2024 Nanjing Laoshan Mountain Trail Running”.
3. I am aware that participating in this race has specific health requirements and inherent risks. I have made a careful evaluation of the various risks and accidents that may occur during the race. I have undergone sufficient training and preparation for the race and have undergone a medical examination certified by the national medical institution, confirming that my physical and mental health meets the requirements for participating in the race and agreeing to undergo relevant examinations as required.
4. I am willing to assume the risks associated with accidents and agree that the organizing committee will not be liable for any form of compensation for personal accidents or any other losses caused by reasons unrelated to the organizing committee.
5. I agree to comply with the management and instructions of the referees and race staff during the race.
6. I agree to receive on-site emergency medical treatment provided by the organizing committee during the race, but I will be responsible for any related expenses incurred during hospital treatment, etc.
7. I promise to register and participate in the race in my own name, and I will not transfer the race bib, chip, or any other official race items obtained after registration to others. I will not damage, alter, or cover the official race bib of the cross-country race during the race.
8. I have read and understand the relevant insurance contents and terms of the "2024 Nanjing Laoshan Mountain Trail Running," and I acknowledge and accept them.
9. I or my legal representative have carefully read and fully understood the above content, and I confirm and assume corresponding legal responsibilities for all the above.
10. I promise to protect the starting point, finish line, and the surrounding wildlife, vegetation, and environment during the race and not to litter.
11. I promise not to wear clothing or attire with any political, racial, or religious slogans, designs, or symbols during the race.
12. I agree to participate in the race wearing the race attire provided by the organizing committee, and I promise not to wear clothing or attire with commercial brand promotion purposes or organizational logos without the permission of the organizing committee.
13. I voluntarily agree to the collection of my facial information during the race for the purpose of identity verification during the event and identity checks upon entry and completion of the race. Furthermore, I agree to cooperate with the staff and open my bag for inspection in accordance with the mandatory equipment checklist provided by the organizing committee.
14. I promise to submit the "Health and Safety Responsibility Commitment Letter" signed by myself before receiving the race materials.
15. I undertake not to participate in any inappropriate activities mentioned in the race regulations.
16. I undertake to cooperate with the verification of participant information during the event. If I do not meet the health requirements, I voluntarily withdraw from the race and cooperate with the subsequent examinations conducted by medical personnel.
17. I authorize the event organizer and designated media to use my image, name, voice, etc., free of charge for event-related publicity and promotion.
Considering the certain competitive risks of this event, in addition to participants over 18 years of age with full civil capacity, all participants must have their guardian, manager, or legal representative sign on this agreement page to indicate their recognition and acceptance of the risks and responsibilities associated with participating in the race.
I and my guardian, manager, and legal representative have fully understood and agreed to the above content, and I guarantee the authenticity of my participation identity/age. This document is personally signed by me and my guardian, manager, and legal representative. Forgery of signatures will be considered a breach of contract, and I, my guardian, manager, legal representative, and the forger will bear all legal and compensation liabilities arising from it.
